Logistics Marketplace
A global platform connecting logistics buyers and logistics providers.
Many organizations struggle to identify and engage reliable logistics providers, while logistics companies often lack visibility and access to procurement opportunities.
Logistics Marketplace was created to address this. It is an openly accessible platform that connects buyers and providers, streamlines the outsourcing process, and brings structure and visibility to a fragmented system. The platform lowers the barriers to collaboration, helping organizations move goods faster, at lower cost, and with greater reliability.

As Buyer
Use the platform to discover logistics providers, post logistics tenders, and manage logistics sourcing in one place. Eligible organizations include: governments, non-profit and development organizations, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
As Provider
Showcase your services in your company profile, respond to tenders, and grow your business. Logistics Marketplace helps you stand out and compete, especially in health and humanitarian supply chains. Eligible organizations include: transportation providers (air, rail, road, sea) and warehousing & storage providers.
As Dual user
Organizations that play dual roles – sourcing logistics while also delivering services – can use the platform flexibly. Submit tenders and bid on them, partner with providers, or promote your own services. Eligible organizations include: freight forwarders and logistics integrators, such as 4PL providers.

What is the Logistics Marketplace?
The Logistics Marketplace is a digital platform that connects buyers and providers in health and humanitarian logistics. It enables faster, more transparent sourcing by matching needs with service providers.
Who can use the platform?
The platform is open to buyers from all industries (including governments, non-profit and development organizations), logistics companies, freight forwarders and logistics integrators, such as 4PL providers. The platform is open to: - Buyers from all industries, including governments and non-profit and development organizations - Logistics service providers, such as transportation and warehousing companies - Freight forwarders and logistics integrators, including 4PL providers
What types of services are listed?
The platform covers a wide range of logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, customs, order fulfillment, and specialized services like cold chain. Buyers can filter and search for providers or post tenders based on specific services and geographies. Providers can browse open tenders using these same service filters.
How does the onboarding process work?
Getting started takes three steps: 1. Create and verify your user account 2. Select your company role 3. Register a new company or join an existing one When registering a new company, you’ll be asked to provide general company information and upload documents confirming your legal status. This supports transparency and company verification. Once completed, you can start using the platform right away.
Can multiple users from the same organization join?
Yes. Once a company profile is created or claimed, additional users from that organization can request to be added to the company and help manage tenders, provider engagement, or company information.
How do I post or respond to a tender?
Buyers can post tenders – called sourcing requests – directly from their dashboard by specifying location, services needed, and timeline. You can use the platform’s built-in Request for Proposal (RFP) workflow to match with providers and choose to publish the request to the Marketplace, opening it up to all interested providers to increase visibility and competitiveness. If you're using your own tender system, you can also publish a Marketplace-only listing without using the RFP workflow. Providers can browse open tenders on the Marketplace page using filters and, where the RFP workflow is used, submit responses directly via the platform.
Is there a cost to use the platform?
The Logistics Marketplace is currently free to use for eligible organizations active in the industries outlined in the “How can you use the platform” section on this page. This free access is available until December 31, 2026, subject to extension or change.
